Mountain Ministry began with Loon Mountain Ministry, which has been a Gospel light in the White Mountains since 1990.
In the past six years, we have seen three new mountain ministries begin: Waterville Valley Community Church at Waterville Valley Resort, Alpine Church at Gunstock Mountain, and Pleasant Mountain Ministry at Pleasant Mountain.
We also partner with Sugarloaf Area Christian Ministry at Sugarloaf Mountain Resort, Sunday River Christian Ministry at Sunday River Resort, and Snowboarders & Skiers for Christ (SFC), which is a global family of individuals, groups, and partner movements in 80 communities across 15+ countries around the world seeking to “Be the Light of Jesus” in the ski and snowboard culture.
